Cake Mix Cookies

Mix:

1 package cake mix, any flavor
1/3 cup oil
3 tablespoons water
1 egg

Drop onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Frost with canned cake frosting.

Eclaire Cake

Line 9 x 13 pan with graham crackers. Mix for 2 minutes:
2 cups vanilla instant pudding
3 cups milk

Fold in:
8 ounces cool whip

Pour pudding over graham crackers and add another layer of graham crackers over pudding.

Frost with:

3 tablespoons hot milk
3 tablespoons cocoa
1/4 cup soft margarine
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar

Refrigerate over night.

Ranch Chicken

Cook in crock pot on low for 3 hours:

4-6 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup ranch dressing (or italian)

Add and cook on high for 1 more hour:

8 ounces cream cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk

Serve over rice or pasta.

Poppy Seed Bread

Mix together well:
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/8 cups oil
2 1/4 cups sugar


Add:
3 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
1 1/2 teaspoons butter flavoring
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons poppy seeds

Mix well and pour into greased small loaf pans, muffin pans, or bundt pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (loaf), 20 minutes (muffins) or 40-50 minutes (bundt.)

Glaze:
1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
1/2 teaspoon butter flavoring
3/4 cup sugar

Bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Pour over bread.

Chocolate Berry Trifle

Mix for 2 minutes:

3 cups cold milk
1 box chocolate pudding mix
1 box vanilla pudding mix

Stir in 1 cup of a 9 ounce cool whip

Cut up a 9 x 13 tray of brownies into 1 inch squares

Layer in a trifle bowl:
half of the brownies
half of the pudding
1 cup of sliced strawberries
half of the remaining cool whip

Repeat. Chill and eat.
