Chicken Enchiladas

Sauce:

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1/2 can green chilies

Layer and roll in tortillas:

Boiled chicken breast, cut in pieces (or canned chicken)
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sauce

Place rolled enchiladas in 9 x 13 pan. Cover with any remaining sauce, 1 can of green chili enchilada sauce, and sour cream dollops. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese and bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

Chicken Supreme

Line a 9 x 13 dish with chipped beef. Wrap 6 to 8 thawed chicken breasts in raw bacon or chipped beef and place in dish. Cover with a mixture of:

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream

Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Then bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve over rice.
