Peach Glace Pie

In medium sauce pan combine:

2 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
1 cup water
1 cup sugar mixed with 3 tablespoons cornstarch

Stir over medium heat until sauce thickens and becomes clear.

Pour over 2 cups fresh, uncooked sliced peaches in prepared pie crust.
