Cook 8 hours in crockpot:
1 cup ketchup
1/2 cup diced onions
4 cups water
4 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
3-6 pounds pork butt or boneless ribs
Wrap with tortillas, cheese, mexi-rice, black beans, and green chile enchillada sauce. Top with enchillada sauce and cheese, and brown under broiler. Serve with fresh pico de gallo.
