Fry Bread (for Navajo Tacos or Scones)

Mix until smooth (I use the bread hook in my kitchenaid):

5 cups flour
3 tsp. salt
3 tsp. baking powder
2 cups warm water

Fry in hot oil in a shallow pan until lightly browned. Serve with traditional taco toppings, or serve with honey butter, cinnamon sugar, etc.
