Quick Hamburger Soup

1 pound ground beef, browned and drained
3-4 potatoes, peeled and chopped
canned or frozen green beans
canned or frozen corn
2 tablespoons dried minced onions
frozen mixed vegetables
15 ounces tomato juice
2 cans beef broth

Cook potatoes in beef broth. Add everything else and simmer. Add minute rice or pasta if desired.
