Flank Steak
Combine:
1/4 cup garlic wine vinegar
1 cup soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 bay leaf
1/2 teaspoon sugar
salt and pepper
Marinate flank steak 4-5 hours, turning every 1/2 hour. Broil until done. Slice on the diagonal.
