Cook in crockpot on high for 3 hours or on low for 6 hours, or simmer on stove until chicken is cooked through:
3-4 chicken breasts, cut in pieces
2 tablespoons chopped onions
1/4 cup italian tomato paste
1/2 cup apple juice
3/4 cup chicken broth
1/4 teaspoon white pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 bay leaf
1/8 teaspoon thyme
1/8 teaspoon marjoram
1 cup mushrooms
Serve over pasta.
